  Owner refused a return for an item that I could not use, even WITH a receipt from the day before, even when I requested IN STORE CREDIT. When I tried to explain why I could not use the item, he talked down to me, assumed I was stupid because I was female, and told me "well you need to get your husband to help you". I had just dropped hundreds of dollars on that place due to just moving in to a new house. Bartlett's hardware welcomed hundreds more of my dollars after that.
