    My parents bought my fiance and I a refridgerator from this store earlier in the year. We noticed that the refridgerator wasn't cooling properly. I called the store, and they gave me the number of a local repairman. The repairman pointed out that the door was bent from dropping it, and that's why it wasn't cooling. He also pointed out that the freezer was goint out as well. I called the store to let them know what they said, and the sales associate said there wasn't anything they could do since we paid cash for the refridgerator. My mother called and the manager finally said he'd find us another one. Once my fiance was able to make it up there, we both work and she's in school, the refridgerator was ALOT smaller that the one my parents had originally bought us. The manager found us another one, and picked up the olsd one. My fiance said that the delivery people were quite rude when they delivered the newer one. I just called and spoke t o the store manager, I believe his name is Rick, to let him know that the freezer is full of snow and not working properly, he said, "I was hold on to a refridgerator for you for a few weeks." I reminded him that the one he had been "holding for me" was significantly smaller. He finally said that he would call someone to come take a look at it. I am in sales for a living, and I would be out of business if I treated my customers the way he has. I am sure that if he bought a truck from me, it broke, and I offered to replace it with a Dodge Dart, he would be upset too. I will definitely never do business with Aaron's ever again, and I will make sure all of my friends and family know as well. This just isn't how you do business! The manager said they would pay for the service, but I am sure I'll get stuck with the bill. I will also be contacting corporate, because this is the absolute worst service I have ever received!

    Unhelpful customer service & extremely rude employees. I'd rather pay double somewhere else than have to deal with the rudeness of the employees I've had to deal with.
